The Venture Intelligence Organism.

Not a workflow automator. Not a chat assistant. A venture intelligence organism whose purpose is to continuously improve its understanding of founders over time. Its defining innovation is constitutional intelligence: every conclusion evidence-backed, every memory versioned, every decision auditable, every intervention a falsifiable bet whose outcome grades the system itself.

1. I

   Cognitive System

   The seven canonical agents

   Polaris · Compass · Mirror Loop · Breakthrough Command · Astra Outreach · Partner Engine · Oracle. They do not own memory — they interpret it. The suite is locked at seven; new capabilities map to one of these or justify an eighth in writing.

   Foundation Core

   Central nervous system · single source of truth

   Identity · Evidence Ledger · Versioned Memory · Progression Records · Decision History · Provenance · Audit Trail. Every capability writes into the Core. None owns it. Every write is append-only. Nothing is silently overwritten.

   Compounding Engine

   The metabolism · not an eighth agent

   Signal → Evidence → Assessment → Memory → Δ Trajectory → Intervention → Outcome → Signal. Each intervention is a falsifiable bet with Expected Δ. Each outcome records observed − expected = residual + calibration_score. Compass owns the calibration ledger because Compass owns the dimensions. The system learns whether IT was right — not only whether the founder improved.

   Governance System

   The Decision Engine · institutional trust

   No conclusion without evidence. No version without rationale. No silent overwrite. No intervention without Expected Δ. Every write declares: evidence references, confidence, rationale, provenance, contradictions when present.

   Learning System

   Progression over state · unknowns are first-class

   Each founder has a continuously evolving progression record: readiness constellation, evidence ledger, version history, intervention history with Expected Δ, outcomes with residual, trajectory, unknowns, next-best-action. The organism explicitly records what it does not yet know. Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence.

   Environment · Oasis OS

   Two surfaces only — and there will never be a third

   Founder UI: the founder's view of their own progression, evidence, and next steps. Operator/Admin UI: cartographic, dense, monospaced — Archive AND Laboratory in one environment. Founders never see operator surfaces. Operators never coach in founder-mode. Without Oasis OS the organism has organs and no body.
